Sobo is inspired by nostalgia, but crafted for the future. Our recipes are born from a deep love for the Asian American comfort foods that we grew up with, as well as a conviction that every meal is an opportunity to make a healthy choice. Our vision is to reimagine the flavors of our childhoods with high protein, veggie-packed recipes that our families would be proud of. Up first? The dumpling!
